The Venus of Willendorf, Austria
Located in the Natural History Museum of Vienna. The statue was discovered in 1908 during archeological excavations near the town of Willendorf in the Wachau Valley of the Danube River in Austria. Traces of Red Ochre paint are still visible on the figure.
